Details:
Octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away.
The striking head is turned and chamfered while the material core design prevents mushrooming.
Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC - not just at the tip but throughout the entire length of the tool.
Chisel features a hand ground sharpened edge designed to cut and shear cold metal.
Center punches are used to create permanent marks or locations.
Pin punches are used to install and drive pins out of holes.
All edges are rounded to prevent damage to the work piece.
