Where precision meets durability with every strike, the 7-Piece Roll Pin Punch Set is built to handle the toughest tasks. This set includes 6” length roll pin punches with the following diameters: 3/32", 1/8", 5/32", 3/16", 7/32", 1/4" and 5/16".
Details:
Octagonal shape is easier to grip when striking with a hammer and also prevents the tool from rolling away.
Used primarily to remove roll pin punches.
The tips are ground and polished.
The center of the tip of the punches has a rounded center section that fits inside the hole created by the roll pin. This helps prevent damaging the roll pin and easy removal of the pin.
The material core design prevents mushrooming of the striking head.
Tools are tempered to a hardness of 54 to 58 HRC - not just at the tip but throughout the entire length of the tool.
